Refund Poicy Refunds will be returned using the original method of payment – for example if a payment has been made by credit card, the refund will be credited by Plan India to that same credit card, and this goes for all Pay Mode from which the customer will make the Payment.
Also, If the required product/service is not as per the selection done by the customer, then customer can get back to us within 7 working days and refund would take place as per Banks TAT/norms after deducting payment gateway charges.
After 7 Working days no refund will be given in original payment method . Any dispute in Transaction, information should be given with in 1 Calendar days of service utilization , our representative will investigate the case and if found that complaint is valid then eligible charges will be credited to service Account .
Cancellation Policy : Cancellation won't be entertained for any product / service after 7 working days .
Duplicate Payment If a customer does duplicate payment by mistake or due to some technical issue, then the amount will be credited to Service Account or customer need to request for refund with in 10 Working Days to credit the amount in Original Payment Method.
